CLAAS Quadotex twines have been developed for the latest generation of large square balers.
The twine is built to match the baler's potential for throughput and bale density.
Delivering maximum knot strength and secure hold, Quadotex twine is specially designed for CLAAS’s unique knotting system and delivers long and productive hours of operation.

Features Benefits

Guaranteed minimum length

Each spool contains the exact stated length.
Icon

Easy Feed System

The wider spool center allows twine to run without kinking, eliminating problems in the twine guides and knotter mechanism.

High Strength

All CLAAS twines are highly fibrillated, guaranteeing that the twist is uniformly applied to the twine allowing trouble-free operation.
Icon

Knot Stability

Consistent behavior in the knotting mechanism means secure knots with sufficient hold.

Eco-Friendly

Advanced twine materials mean less plastic needed per bale and less waste in the field.

UV Protection

Keeps the bale firm even under extreme continuous sunlight exposure.
Icon

High Density

Suitable for making high and extreme-density bales in the toughest conditions of high temperature and low humidity.

Extra Length

Provides significantly more twine than standard options, allowing continuous baling day.
